Andreas Bonnplein: Stories Beneath Your Feet
In the heart of Amsterdam East lies Andreas Bonnplein—once a vibrant gateway to the neighborhood, full of shops and daily activity. Today, the square is somewhat forgotten, despite the many beautiful and moving stories that have taken place there.

Commissioned by Burobraak, I was invited to create a public art project that would reconnect the neighborhood with this space during the Covid-19 pandemic. I interviewed local residents and collected their personal stories—moments of joy, struggle, resilience, and memory.
